New Online Plan Service Requests for PlanPremier®-TPA

Requests for plan changes and corrections can now be submitted directly in PartnerLink®. You no longer have to download, complete and send PlanPremier-TPA forms to us by email or fax. This new feature also gives you information on submitted requests and lets you view the estimated time for our associates to complete each request. To submit or check a request, or to view a User Guide, log in to PartnerLink and go to Plan / Adminstration / Plan Management Portal.
Forms for plan changes and corrections will be available until May.
