Plan Sponsor Login

The RecordkeeperDirect plan sponsor website is designed to help make plan management quick and effective. Use the site to submit payroll contributions; add and update participant information; process plan fees; run reports; and download plan forms and documents. To get started, log in using a confidential User ID and Password.

Plan Summary

After login, you’re taken to the Plan Summary page, where you’ll find a plan overview and can choose to view different breakdowns of plan assets.

See the right side of the page for reminders, news articles and important contacts such as the plan’s financial professional. Use the tabs located in the blue bar to navigate the site.

Plan Administration: Payroll

The Payroll page is where payroll contributions for each pay period are submitted and managed. Add a new payroll, or search for and review pending and previous payrolls.

Guides marked with life preserver icons provide step-by-step instructions on how to perform common tasks.

Plan Administration: Participants

Add new participants to the plan or search through existing participants to view or change their information on the Participants screen.

Snapshots of important information appear on the right side of most Plan Administration pages.

Plan Administration: Loans

The Loans page enables you to check the status of existing loans if your plan allows them, plus view and manage at-risk and defaulted loans. The Loan Payment Calculator will help you determine repayment schedules.

Plan Administration: Withdrawals

Use the Withdrawals page to initiate a distribution on behalf of a participant, as well as to review, approve or deny pending distributions.

Plan Administration: Fee Requests

Manage, review and approve payments to plan service providers on the Fee Requests page where sponsors and TPAs can initiate requests to pay plan fees from participant accounts.

Plan Administration: Financials

The Financials page provides a detailed look at plan assets, contributions and forfeiture accounts.

Plan Administration: Plan Information

Plan features and investment options are displayed on the Plan Information page. You’ll find contribution and withdrawal types, loan features, and investment results and expenses.

Plan administration: Fee Disclosure

The Fee Disclosure page provides a custom document that discloses the features, investment details and fees associated with your plan. Importantly, participants have access to the plan’s fee disclosure document on the participant website.

Reports & Analysis

The Reports & Analysis screen can help sponsors manage their plans more effectively. Use existing report templates for information about excess deferrals, vesting status, loans, plan forfeitures, and more. You can also create your own customized reports from a wide range of data and criteria.

All plan forms and documents are conveniently located on the Forms page. The materials are categorized and searchable for easy access.
